Qin Peng, born in 2000 in Terengganu, Malaysia, is currently based in Kuala Lumpur and studied in Penang. He has been passionate about photography since 2010, with experience across various events and creative projects.

He began his Scouting journey in 2013 and was awarded the King Scout Award in 2017. Since joining Rover Scouts in 2018, he has consistently advocated Youth Empowerment through leadership and service.

With an academic background in Software Engineering and Cyber Security, Qin Peng now works in Project Management, combining technology, leadership, and creative thinking to deliver meaningful impact.
